Living Proof Restore hair products from Influenster

Happy Monday lovelies,
How is everyone? Hope, you had an amazing week. It's been very busy last couple of weeks so I had no choice but post only once a week. I hope, I will be more active from this week.
Today, I want to show you guys my first ever VoxBox from Influenster. I got these Living Proof Restore hair care * products: travel size shampoo and conditioner, hair mask, and full size hair perfecting spray.
Since I have dry, color treated hair, I'm always looking for some good hair care products that can keep my hair nourished, smooth and shiny, and this was a great opportunity for me to try new products.
This Living Proof Restore System  claims that it "instantly restores damaged hair cuticles; restores moisture levels for healthier hair; protects from future damage and strengthens hair to become 20x more resistant to breakage." So these sulfate-free and silicone-free hair products are ideal for dry, damaged, color and chemically treated hair.

My new Lancome beauty products and gifts

Happy Monday lovelies, how was your long weekend, I hope you had amazing time.
I haven't bought or talked about Lancome products for so long, but it's time to remember one of my favorite beauty brands, that I had been loving last couple of years. I'm talking about Lancome, of course.
After a little break, I started purchasing Lancome products again. I got Lancome Long Wear Eyeshadow Base in beige 01, also Lancome Color Design single eyeshadow in Drape, and Lancome Cheek&Contour Brush #25 : I love this brush by the way, even tough I'm not crazy for double ended brushes. I belive, it was worth my $40.

Estee Lauder Nutritious Vitality8 Collection review

Happy Monday lovelies, how was your weekend, hope you had amazing time.
Today I want to share with you my thoughts on this Estee Lauder Nutritious Vitality8 Collection. I've been using on and off these products last few months. This is one of the newest skincare lines from Estee Lauder, I think,  and I was very excited to give them a try.
The label describes this collection as a power of 8 , 8 days, 8 dimensions of radiantly healthy skin. It also says that this Nutritious Vitality8 Collection is infused with Estee Lauder's exclusive Pomegranate8 Complex to keep the skin Nourished, Energized, Hydrated, Calmed and Smooth.

Now, let me share my thoughs with you: Nutritious Vitality8 Collection is full of fragrance and alcohol, so you can imagine how harsh these products can be for dry, sensitive skin.
The worst product among these is  Nutritious Radiant Vitality 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser __ it applies quite nicely, actually, and takes off all the makeup, but it's so harsh for my dry, sensitive skin that every time I used this cleanser, my skin becomes extremely dry and irritated.

Radiant Energy Lotion Intense Moist can be useful for people who don't have sensitive skin, I liked this product at the beginning, I used to tap it gently on my cleansed face, it always absorbed right away and always gave my skin some glowand hydration. But soon, I realised, that after few hours, my skin was getting some rashes and the reason for that was this Estee Lauder Radiant Energy Lotion Intense Moist.

5 things you probably didn't know about me

Happy Wednesday lovelies,
As you can guess from this post headline, today I decided to let you know me a little more, because let's be honest, no matter how many beauty/fashion related posts I publish, you will never know about me or my life. And since everyone is always curious about who is behind the blog, I thought I would share with you guys a few thing about me. Let's get started:

1.  Childhood:
I was born and raised in the capital of a small Eastern European county. I was second daughter in my family that was a big tragedy for my father. He was never happy about it, as if it was my fault that I was not his son. I was #1 student from elementary school to high school to college __ I guess, I was trying to show my father  that I deserved love just like any other kid. I was the only one among my siblings, who got the master degree (in journalism) and got invited to work at the college that I had graduated from, I was the only one who started working at young age, to support myself, first, at newspapers and later, at the TV station, but I never knew if this was enough for my father to be proud of me...

2.  Motherhood
The best thing I had created in my entire life is my daughter. She thought me how to love unconditionally, how to be patient, she made me realise that my life has never been complete until she was born. So, motherhood made me a better person.

My daughter __ Lima , 4 years old here. As you can guess, she loves dressing up haha

3. Paris or New York?
I think I've never talked about how I moved to USA so this is my opportunity to share with you this quick story: First, let me tell you, I have never dreamed about moving to USA, probably because I didn't speak English, not even one word, haha. I could only speak my language, Georgian, also Russian, and French. I started learning English only few years ago. but let's get back to the subject, how I moved to USA.
So, I was about to go to Paris to get my another master degree from Sorbonne university, everything was ready, I was just enjoying last few months with my family before moving to Paris. But one day, my, now-husband 's proposal changed all my Parisian plans. He wanted us to get married that meant that I had to move to USA. So, as you can guess, I chose love over the college and instead of Paris, I moved to New York City. (we recently moved out the city to raise  our daughter in quieter environment, we are only 20 minutes away from NYC).

4. Do I believe in destiny?
I still can't decide whether I belive in destiny or not, but sometimes, when I think about how me and my husband met and soon, got married, I belive there must have been some kind of destiny that my life had changed  so unexpectedly: One day, I decided to start learning English, so I  took English classes. Few months later, my now-husband was visiting my country and we met accidentally in a formal situation.  Even though my English was still at a very ridiculous level, we started talking  about the subjects that I was interested in, as a reporter that time, and soon, after he came back to USA, he realised that he missed me.. We continued talking for hours on the phone and on Skype, every single day. That was an excellent practice for my English, haha. 3 months later he proposed me, and few months later he came to Tbilisi so we could get married. 1 year later, I moved to New York  to start a real family with him. So, yes, it was kinda fairytale,  haha.

5.  My hobbies
My number one hobby has always been reading. I just couldn't be without books, especially that we didn't have internet when I was growing up, so at the age of 12, I had read almost all the books from my  family's huge library. Unfortunatly, I don't read that often anymore.
I always loved playing piano or guitar and sing, especially if I was feeling down, that was helping me feel better. Skiing and racing are my another hobbies as well.

That's all for today.

Thanks for reading beauties, wishing you all a lovely day.
