How to start living healthy lifestyle __ five tips from my personal experience

I don't think there is anyone out there who doesn't want to live healthy lifestyle but at the same time, I know how overwhelming it can be. At the begining, there are hundreds of questions in mind about what to eat and what to avoid, how to exercise and how often to exercise and etc. When I decided to start living healthy lifestyle I was quite confused, I didn't know from where to start and how to continue, but I knew, I needed to change my lifestyle not for my physical appearance but for my health, first and most. I personally started doing right things one at the time. First, I quit smoking, then coffee, then sweet, then started excercise. (you can read more about that in this post: The secrets of my 30 pound weightloss journey.)
Here are five tips I would give to myself one year ago:

Puffer coat, denim, pink bag and metallic boots __ for perfect fall outfit

Today's post is about one of my favorite outfits for fall __ puffer coat, denim and platform boots. You may remember from my recent Instastory, when I got these boots, they had some scratches,  I was disappointed , so I had to go to the store and exchange to another pair but it was so worth my time __ they are not only pretty but very comfy too.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Haul

Marc Jacobs Beauty is one of those makeup brands, I haven't tried until recently, even though I love high quality makeup (who doesn't, haha?) and since the day I checked out * Marc Jacobs The Wild One Eye-Conic eyeshadow palette at Sephora, I've been wondering, why it took me so long to get my hands on the amazing products, this brand can offer. You may remember this Makeup Wishlist post : Sephora VIB Beauty Insider Event Wishlist , even though I really wanted to get any product from that list, honestly, I would probably not spend $99 on this Marc Jacobs The Wild One Eye-Conic eyeshadow palette if I didn't see it in person. The pigmentation of the shadows were so beyond expectation  that I forgot about everything else and bought not only the palette but also * Marc Jacobs Genius Gel Super-Charged Oil-Free foundation and * Marc Jacobs Enamored Hi-Shine nail polish in gorgeous neutral shade. Also, I decided to redeem my Sephora Beauty Insider points and got Marc Jacobs travel size makeup set to check out more products from this brand.

New at Sephora:
From new products, I'm very curious about Anastasia Beverly Hills Sugar Glow Kit, the shades look beautiful and I like the fact that this Glow Kit is formulated without Parabens and Sulfats.

Guerlain Multi-Perfecting Concealer review

This Guerlain Multi-Perfecting Concealer is for correcting dark circles and imperfections for perfect, natural-looking skin. According to its label, this Guerlain concealer can also reduce signs of undereye puffines while hydrates the skin.
When I first started using this Guerlain Multi-Perfecting Concealer, I hated it, seriously __ it would start creasing within few minutes, after applying it and right before returning it, I found the way to make this concealer work perfectly under my eyes.

Burberry, Chanel, MAC, Sigma, Korres

Today I want to show you guys my recent beauty purchase and gifts that I got with my purchase as a Sephora VIB.
Burberry Kisses Sheer Lipstick
Let me start from this Burberry Kisses Sheer that I bought in beautiful pink shade. After I finished my Chanel Rouge Coco Shine, I wanted to buy something similar __ lightweight, sheer and moisturizing. I'm planning to do my Chanel and Burberry lipstiks comparison in one of the upcoming posts, so stay tuned.

Wide leg pants and cut out sleeve top __when I'm in doubt I wear Black

Sometimes, (or I should say, quite many times,) when I'm not sure what to wear, I just wear black outfit that's easy to accessorize  and gives me some confidence. Here, I'm wearing these wide leg pants and cut out sleeve blouse with a statement necklace and white mini bag that I bought in Paris and it's still my favorite bag.

My Fall 2017 Neutrals

I've never liked Neutrals, especially Camel and khaki, but recently, I am all about Neutrals. When I'm ordering clothes online, I always choose neutrals __ Camel, Khaki, Beige, Blush.. Since Neutrals are trending this Fall, I will let myself enjoy shopping them whenever is possible.
Today, I want to share with you guys a few of my favorite neutral pieces that are on my list and that I will hopefully see in my closet sometime soon.

This Knitted Slit long sleeve  midi dress by IMVEE comes in nude, with wide cut out neck and has a comfy loose fit.

Silver fashion sneakers with pom poms and silver mini bag

Today I  want to show guys these cute Sam Edelman silver sneakers that I bought last month and have worn almost every time I was wearing some casual outfit. At first, it was kinda weird because all the kinds around me was asking their moms to get shoes for them just like these sneackers haha, honestly, sometimes it was creating some awkward situation for me but I told myself that it's OK to wear the shoes that are kids (including my daughter) favorites LoL.

Givenchy, Dior , Sephora __ my recent beauty purchase

I've been planning to get my hands on this Givenchy Prisme Visage Perfecting Face powder for a long time and finally I bought it. After a little disappointment with my Burberry Fresh Glow Compact foundation (you can read my review here :Burberry Fresh Glow Compact foundation review ) I decided to give this Givenchy powder a try.

Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream with super 7 Complex review

Today I want to share with you guys my thoughts on this Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream with super 7 Complex. It is a lightweight daily moisturizer that, according to the label, prevents visible signs of aging, provides 24 hours of significant moisture, and boosts radiance.
I got a deluxe sample of this Fresh moisturizer and had been using for a few weeks now.

What you have to know before you visit Rome for the first time

Visiting a new country for the first time can be overwelming so more you know about the place you are planning to visit, better for you. Today, I'm going to share with you a few things that I learned during my first ever trip to Rome, Italy:

Let me start from weather:
Be aware that in summer it gets really hot in Rome and I mean hot. At around 9:00 AM it was so hot that it was hard to breath.  Because of the extrem heat, I had to skip many sightseeings that I had on my must-see list, before I went to Rome.

Khaki bomber jacket, nude leggings and gold leather sandals

Happy Monday everyone,
How was your weekend, hope you had great time. Today I'm sharing with you my second outfit post, it still feels very uncomfortable for me (as you may notice in these pics) but I took your advice and I'm trying to do it more often to get used to it.
It was beautiful sunny day in New York City but little chilly in the morning so I decided to wear this light bomber jacket with my nude leggings that I bought online last year but never worn until now.

Burberry Fresh Glow Compact - Luminous Foundation review

I've been planning to do a quick review of this Burberry Fresh Glow Compact - Luminous Foundation for a long time and finally the post is here. I got this Burberry foundation before I went to Italy because I didn't want to take with me Givenchy loose powder.
As the label claims this is a  "dual-finish compact foundation with adjustable coverage for a flawless glow. This lightweight, smooth, powder foundation helps to even out skin tone while it minimizes the appearance of imperfections. Featuring a sponge applicator that can be used dry for medium coverage to wetto achieve higher coverage, this Burberry foundation create an effortless-looking glow."

Black and white cold-shoulder top and black skinny jeans

When it comes to clothes, black is my absolute favorite color, so it should not be surpirse that in my first ever outfit post, I'm wearing these black skinny jeans and black and white striped cold-shoulder top. I actually bought these black jeans probably 2 years ago and only recently I was able to fit in somehow (LoL) and you can imagine how happy I was, because it was like a victory for me to wear them now, after all these years of struggling to loose weight. I paired them with my nude sandals and with this black and white cold-shoulder top that is super comfy.

Five things I loved the most, in Rome, Italy

Rome __ after my just one-week vacation, this amazing city forever found its place in my heart. After Paris, I could not imagine any other city would amaze me but let me tell you, I literally didn't want to come back to USA. I don't know what made me feel like I was home __ people, some of the part of Rome that looked like the streets of my home city __ Tbilisi (even my husband recognized he felt as if we were in my city),  or their natural food and dessert, but it definitely stole my heart. So what I loved the most in Rome:
1. People and enviremnet in Rome
There was something special about environment in Rome that I haven't seen in other cities I had travelled to, so far. The people were so nice, welcoming and dressed up (in that way too, it remineded my home city.)

The secrets of my 30 pound weightloss journey

Happy Monday everyone.
It's been almost a month since my last post on Nina's Style Blog and it felt like a century for me.  The reason I had to take a breack was that I decided to fully focused on myself, on my weight loss and healthy lifestyle. You may remember my post about how I lost 18 pounds without going to gym or dieting (if not, you can read it here: How I lost 18 pounds without dieting or going to gym) and since it was one of the most popular and most viewed posts on Nina's Style Blog, I thought I would share with you guys how I continued my journey to my goal weigh.

Quick weekend roundup

Happy Monday beauties,
How was your weekend? I hope, you had great time. I was planning to go to a road trip this weekend but my daughter's playdate changed my plans. So I ended up going to one of my favorite spots outside of New York City __  in West New York. (Those of you who follow me on Instagram must have seen yesterday in my InstaStories.)

Burberry, Guerlain, YSL, Caudalie _ My new Sephora beauty purchases and gifts

As you know from my yesterday's InstaStories, today I'm going to show you my sephora purchases and gifts.  After my Dior foundation disappointment (you can read about it here: Dior Capture Totale Serum de Teint review) I decided to give burberry Fresh Glow Foundation a try. Also, I needed a new concealer after finished my MAC concealer and I decided to try out this Guerlain Multi-perfecting concealer. And do you remember how impressed I was with my Sephora Collection eyeliner in this post? ___ Urban Decay Naked 3 palette and Sephora colletion eyeliner, that's why I decided to get another eyeliner from Sephora collection in different shade _in Midnight Blue.

Since I have a VIB status at Sephora, I got these fabulous gifts with my purchase:
YSL Touch Eclat Blur primer, YSL lipstick and YSL mascara The Shock.

My recent Sephora skincare purchases

Today I want to show you guys a few skincare products that I bought recently.
It's been long time since I bought a beauty product from Clinique. When I wanted to get a new moisturizer for my dry, sensitive skin once my recent moisturizer finishes (you can read my review  _  Fresh Rose Deep Hydration face cream review,) I decided to go back to Clinique and give their skincare products another try. So I ordered:
1.  Clinique Turnaround Overnight Revitalizing Moisturizer ($39.50) for very dry to combination skin
 2.  Cliqnique All About Eyes Rich ($32) for all skin type

3 things I have learned as a beauty blogger

Blogging about makeup and skincare products over years taught me so many things about beauty products and not only about it. I thought, I would share with you a few things that I know right now, because of the blogging.

Do a research before buying a makeup or skincare product
This is so important to me. I can say, I almost never buy any beauty products without reading about it online first. Those days are gone in my life when I would just show up in a department store asking advice a beauty consultant and buy whatever they would advice. While there is nothing wrong getting advice  from them, doing a little research online by myself  will not hurt.

My Spring Instagram feed

I hope, you love checking out photos as much as I do, so that today's post will not be boring to you. Well, if you are addicted to Instagram, I bet, you will enjoy seeing a few pics from my Insta feed. I haven't been very active on Instagram, lately, but things going to change soon. Make sure you will check out my account @ Nina_Kobi.

OK, now, I want to start with this pic of my healthy lunch that I made other day and I was so proud of myself how far I have come from not knowing how to cook to making grilled salmon with some vegetables.

L'oreal Paris True Match LUMI Cushion Foundation review

Happy Monday beauties,
Today I want to share with you my experience with this L'oreal Paris True Match LUMI Cusion foundation. I bought this L'oreal foundation nearly two months ago during that time when I was desperately looking for a good foundation (I didn't care any perfect foundations anymore) for my dehydrated sensitive skin.
Before I picked up this L'oreal Paris True Match LUMI Cushion foundation, I remember, I had tried pretty much every liquid foundation from Becca to Nars to Gorgio Armani to Givenchy at the nearest Sephora store but they either looked too greasy or too matte on my skin.

Number one Burberry, Givenchy, Guerlain, Chanel, Dior, Lancome beauty product

Today I want to share with you my number one beauty product from Burberry, Givenchy, Guerlain, Chanel, Dior, and Lancome. As you can imagine, choosing just one product from certain brands, as your very favorite, is not easy, but I tried my best to choose the products that I would happily repurchase without any hesitation because using them in my makeup routine proved me that it's worth to spend money on these high-end products.

Cold Spring, New York

Happy Monday everyone,
First of all, I want to thank you all of you for your birthday wishes and sweet comments.  I hope, you all had a great weekend. I had an amazing week off __ we celebrated both birthdays just the way we wanted, my daughter had so much fun at her birthday party.

Three things I look forward to this summer

Happy Monday everyone, hope you had a great weekend.
I don't think there is any other season I look forward to with such an excitement as summer, but every year there are different reasons, besides sunny days. This year there are particularly 3 main reasons I'm very excited about:
San Diego, California, last summer

Dior Capture Totale Serum de Teint review

As I promised last week, today I'm going to share with you my thoughts on this Dior Capture Totale Serum de Teint foundation that I recently bought. First of all, let me remind you that I've been looking for a perfect foundation for my dry, sensitive skin for about a year now, I'm not kidding. The only foundation that met my expectation was La Mer fluid foundation that did a miracle to my skin it was like botox in fluid haha. It made my compexion looked flawless, literaly all day. The only problem was that I got a sample and when I finish it, I was not sure I wanted to pay $150 on it, even though it was the best foundation I've used last 2 years. (but looks like, I will have no choice but buy it sometime soon).
Anyways, back to the subject:

How I celebrated Mother's Day

Happy Monday beauties,
How was your Mother's Day weekend? Hope you had great time. It's been five years since I've been celebrating Mother's Day as a mom, and it's been different experience every year.
Started from getting Mother's Day presents from my husband, when our daughter was little, it was getting more exciting since Lima was growing: first, she would just carry presents that her daddy would buy for me, then, when she was 3, she started making beautiful cards for me that was more important for me than any perfume, bag or any other item. (not that I wouldn't love to get them, a good bag or perfume will never hurt anyone, haha).
While my Mother's Day gift from my husband __  Salvatore Ferragamo sunglasses are on the way from Italy to USA, let me show you what I got for Mother's Day from my little one:

Dior, Burberry, Lancome, Hourglass __ my recent Sephora beauty purchase and samples

Happy Monday everyone,
How was everyone's weekend? Hope, you had better time over the weekends than me because I got sick  a few days ago, and couldn't even open my eyes. But I'm getting better now so I'm back to blogging and I want to show you whatelse I bought during Sephora Spring sale (you can read what other beautify poducts I purchased during that time in this post:  Urban Decay and Sephora Collection.)
I ordered this Dior Capture Totale Foundations SPF 25 and I finally received  it, when I had already forgotten that I bought it LOL. My purchase at has never been so delayed. Wether it was worth to wait for it or no, you will find out next week, in my full review of this Dior foundation. (meanwhile, you can check out my review of Dior concealer here Dior 'Diorskin' concealer review and you will find out why it took me 2 years to purchase another Dior makeup product.)

Top 5 Travel Posts on Nina's Style Blog

One of the best things about being a blogger is that you can write about your life or travel adventures and years later, by rereading your posts, you can keep your memories alive. I personally like to read my travel posts, time to time. It's like reread my favorite book, but in this case it's about my own life moments that could fade after years, if I didn't write about it.
Today I want to share with you top 5 travel posts on Nina's Style Blog that got the most views and comments.
While I'm planning my next holiday trip to Italy this summer, (and as you can guess, I'm already excited about it,) I enjoy reading about my past travel adventures.

Urban Decay Naked 3 palette and Sephora Stylographic Fine Line Eyeliner

I recently became VIB at Sephora and you could imagine my excitement when I found out that they were having a spring sale 15% Off  for VIB members. Of course, I had to get a few makeup products. I ordered this Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, Dior Capture Total Foundation, and Sephora Collection Stylographic Fine Line Micro Thin Felt Liner. Since I haven't got Dior foundation yet, I'm going to show you Urban Decay Naked 3 and Sephora Collection Stylographic Fine Line Micro Thin Felt Liner.
I know, I'm too late to Urbad Decay eyeshadow palette madness but it's better later than never. The reason I got this particular palette is that I'm all about rose gold, pink, blush shades this spring and I wanted to try these warm shade palette. It came with Urban Decay primer samples in 4 different shades, that was really nice. Since, I haven't tried Urban Decay eye primers yet this is a great opportunity to find out whether they will work for my skin.

Givenchy, Chanel, Guerlain, Lancome, Mac, Sephora __ how much my everyday makeup costs

Happy Monday beauties,
I have never tought how much my everyday makeup costs until other day when I could not find a space on my vanity to fit a few more makeup products. That was the time I decided to calculate how many products I usually use on a daily base and how much they cost.
Let's start from a primer since that's the first thing I apply after my moisturizer.
I recently add this Guerlain L'or Pure Radiance face primer  ($74) to my everyday makeup and so far loving it. (you can read my review here _   Guerlain L'Or Pure Radiance Face Primer review).

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream review

Happy Monday lovelies,
Hope, you all had great easter. Today I want to show you a new addition to my everyday skincare routine __ Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream ($40). Since my L'occitane Shea Ultra Rich Comforting face cream was way too heavy to wear under my makeup (you can read my review here _ L'occitane Shea Ultra Rich Comforting face cream review), and my Lancome Energie de Vie Water-infused lightweight moisturizer was irritating my dry, sensitive skin, I was desperately looking for a new, lightweight moisturizer for my face.
Other day, I was at Sephora, and I decided not to leave the store without getting a new moisturizer. I was adviced to give this Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream a try and since its description sounded promising, I bought it. I also got a sample of Fresh Seaberry Moisturizing Face Oil but it didn't work for me, it irritated my skin and gave me some rash.

Perfect bags for Spring

Happy Thursday beauties,
Today I want to show you my new handbag in pink genuine leather, and also, a few more bags I would love to add to my collection.
You may remember, that I'm absolutely obsessed with handbags. It's hard to find a bag that I will not like.  In Spring and summer I tend to go for more colorful bags, that is probably normal, It doesn't matter whether a handbag is from top designers' collection or not, if it's leather and beautiful color or style, I will purchase without thinking twice LoL.
When I saw this cute pink handbag, I knew I had to get it, and I'm so happy I did. This cute bag gets so much attention  and love, wherever I go, it's incredible.

Happy Monday lovelies,
Today I want to introduce you Smashbox new Cover Shot Matte Eye Palette and new Be Legendary Liquid Metal that I got from Influenster.
The matte palette I got, has 8 beautiful shades, with oversized base shades. They are very pigmented as you can see in the pic below; they blend quite easy and stay almost all day. I just apply them on top of my Lancome eyeshadow primer to make sure they will blend easily and stay longer.

Smashbox Lighting Theory Master Class Palette review and swatches

Happy Monday lovelies,
Today I'm going to share with you guys my experience with this Smashbox Lighting Theory Master Class Palette that I bought not long time ago (you can read my post about my Smashbox beauty purchase here). Smashbox calls this product a face palette to create an even complexion, add depth and dimension, and achieve eye looks for any occasion, since this palette has everything you need to create pro makeup looks with a perfectly lit glow.
I like the fact that this Smashbox Lighting Theory Master Class Palette is free from Parabens, Phthalates, fragrance, Sodium laurel sulfate, and talc.

Insta lately

Happy Friday beauties,
I haven't done any Insta roundup post for so long, I thought , why not to share with you a few pics from my Instagram feed. I always loved looking at the photos as long as I remember, from that time when nobody would ever imagine that one day we would share our photos online with millions of people. I like to check out not only other people's Instagram feed, but my own as well, because each photo has a history, especally travel-related, and I love remember them throught my pics.

How to leave your blog's clickable link in other blog's comment section

Hi everyone,
Have you ever thought how important it is to leave your blog's clickable link in you comment, on other blogs? Of course, it's extremly important , It's a direct link to your site, you can increase your page views and get new readers with leaving your blog's clickable link on other blogs/sites.
I've been blogging for over 2 years now and I remember leaving my blog's link that looked like, then like this __ but none of them was clickable, that means, it was impossible for people to visit my blog through my blog's URL.

Guerlain L'Or Pure Radiance Face Primer review

Happy Thursday lovelies,
Today I want to share with you my experience about this Guerlain L'Or Pure Radiance Face Primer
Let's see what the label says:
" The 24-carat gold-infused cooling gel sinks into the skin, retaining moisture. Applied to bare skin, this skin enhancer and makeup primer smoothes fine lines and tightens facial features. It also provides an even finish under makeup".

My New Coach Wallets

Happy Monday lovelies,
Hope you all are having a great start of the week. You may remember, I'm so obsessed  with handbags, that there are never enough bags for me in the closet haha. But when it comes to wallets, I'm not very picky, I can use one wallet for moths without changing (while I carry different bags almost every single day).
Recently, I realised that I've been carrying the same wallet for about a year (?) and one day, when my husband asked me what I wanted him to get for me when he was going for shopping, I thought, why not to get a new wallet. So, he came back and brought these two Coach wallets, he couldn't decide which color I would like more, so he brought two (I was so happy he didn't remember that my favorite color is red, otherwise I would probably not get purple one  haha. )

Blogging or Instagramming

Happy Wednesday lovelies,
Today's post is going to be little different. Have you ever questioned yourself whether it's still worth putting so much effort into blogging when you can just post on Instagram where more people can see what you want to say or what you want to show? Well, couple of weeks ago, this question came to my mind and made me slow down blogging. I kinda lost motivation, and I needed some time to think about the reasons I was blogging. Honestly, this is first time I was not sure it was worth my time to blog when I could (with less time and effort) keep instagramming and communicating with my over 145 000 Insta-friends.

Sephora, Dior, Smashbox __ my new beauty purchases

Happy Monday lovelies,
How are you doing? I hope you had a warmer weekend than us in North East of USA.
Today, I want to show some of the beauty products I've purchased recently:
I wanted to buy this Smashbox Master Class Palette: Lighting Theory back in December but I was not sure it was worth to spend $65 on it but when I saw it on sale for $45, I decided to give it a try. Since I want to share with you the review of this Smashbox Master Class Palette: Lighting Theory later on the blog, I will not talk too much about it here, only thing I can say is that overall, this Smashbox Master Class Palette: Lighting Theory  was worth buying.

Givenchy Poudre Premiere Mat and Translucent-finish Loose Powder review

Happy Thursday beauties.
Those of you who follow me on Instagram may remember this Givenchy Poudre Premiere Mat&Translucent-finish Loose powder. This is my very first Givenchy makeup product and I was excited to give it a try.
The product label claims that this transparent, featherlike, superfine, loose finishing powder applies completely sheer, and gives skin an even, matte, and naturally radiant complexion. And, I have to agree with everything it claims. Yes, this is one of those rare cases when I agree with everything the product claims.
I have used many high end powders from Lancome to YSL to Chanel, but this Givenchy Poudre Premiere Mat & Translucent-finish Loose powder is the first powder that feels absolutely luxurious from the moment you open its gorgeous black enamel case to the minutes you apply it with its microfiber powder puff, on your skin.

Living Proof Restore hair products from Influenster

Happy Monday lovelies,
How is everyone? Hope, you had an amazing week. It's been very busy last couple of weeks so I had no choice but post only once a week. I hope, I will be more active from this week.
Today, I want to show you guys my first ever VoxBox from Influenster. I got these Living Proof Restore hair care * products: travel size shampoo and conditioner, hair mask, and full size hair perfecting spray.
Since I have dry, color treated hair, I'm always looking for some good hair care products that can keep my hair nourished, smooth and shiny, and this was a great opportunity for me to try new products.
This Living Proof Restore System  claims that it "instantly restores damaged hair cuticles; restores moisture levels for healthier hair; protects from future damage and strengthens hair to become 20x more resistant to breakage." So these sulfate-free and silicone-free hair products are ideal for dry, damaged, color and chemically treated hair.

My new Lancome beauty products and gifts

Happy Monday lovelies, how was your long weekend, I hope you had amazing time.
I haven't bought or talked about Lancome products for so long, but it's time to remember one of my favorite beauty brands, that I had been loving last couple of years. I'm talking about Lancome, of course.
After a little break, I started purchasing Lancome products again. I got Lancome Long Wear Eyeshadow Base in beige 01, also Lancome Color Design single eyeshadow in Drape, and Lancome Cheek&Contour Brush #25 : I love this brush by the way, even tough I'm not crazy for double ended brushes. I belive, it was worth my $40.

Estee Lauder Nutritious Vitality8 Collection review

Happy Monday lovelies, how was your weekend, hope you had amazing time.
Today I want to share with you my thoughts on this Estee Lauder Nutritious Vitality8 Collection. I've been using on and off these products last few months. This is one of the newest skincare lines from Estee Lauder, I think,  and I was very excited to give them a try.
The label describes this collection as a power of 8 , 8 days, 8 dimensions of radiantly healthy skin. It also says that this Nutritious Vitality8 Collection is infused with Estee Lauder's exclusive Pomegranate8 Complex to keep the skin Nourished, Energized, Hydrated, Calmed and Smooth.

Now, let me share my thoughs with you: Nutritious Vitality8 Collection is full of fragrance and alcohol, so you can imagine how harsh these products can be for dry, sensitive skin.
The worst product among these is  Nutritious Radiant Vitality 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser __ it applies quite nicely, actually, and takes off all the makeup, but it's so harsh for my dry, sensitive skin that every time I used this cleanser, my skin becomes extremely dry and irritated.

Radiant Energy Lotion Intense Moist can be useful for people who don't have sensitive skin, I liked this product at the beginning, I used to tap it gently on my cleansed face, it always absorbed right away and always gave my skin some glowand hydration. But soon, I realised, that after few hours, my skin was getting some rashes and the reason for that was this Estee Lauder Radiant Energy Lotion Intense Moist.

5 things you probably didn't know about me

Happy Wednesday lovelies,
As you can guess from this post headline, today I decided to let you know me a little more, because let's be honest, no matter how many beauty/fashion related posts I publish, you will never know about me or my life. And since everyone is always curious about who is behind the blog, I thought I would share with you guys a few thing about me. Let's get started:

1.  Childhood:
I was born and raised in the capital of a small Eastern European county. I was second daughter in my family that was a big tragedy for my father. He was never happy about it, as if it was my fault that I was not his son. I was #1 student from elementary school to high school to college __ I guess, I was trying to show my father  that I deserved love just like any other kid. I was the only one among my siblings, who got the master degree (in journalism) and got invited to work at the college that I had graduated from, I was the only one who started working at young age, to support myself, first, at newspapers and later, at the TV station, but I never knew if this was enough for my father to be proud of me...

2.  Motherhood
The best thing I had created in my entire life is my daughter. She thought me how to love unconditionally, how to be patient, she made me realise that my life has never been complete until she was born. So, motherhood made me a better person.

My daughter __ Lima , 4 years old here. As you can guess, she loves dressing up haha

3. Paris or New York?
I think I've never talked about how I moved to USA so this is my opportunity to share with you this quick story: First, let me tell you, I have never dreamed about moving to USA, probably because I didn't speak English, not even one word, haha. I could only speak my language, Georgian, also Russian, and French. I started learning English only few years ago. but let's get back to the subject, how I moved to USA.
So, I was about to go to Paris to get my another master degree from Sorbonne university, everything was ready, I was just enjoying last few months with my family before moving to Paris. But one day, my, now-husband 's proposal changed all my Parisian plans. He wanted us to get married that meant that I had to move to USA. So, as you can guess, I chose love over the college and instead of Paris, I moved to New York City. (we recently moved out the city to raise  our daughter in quieter environment, we are only 20 minutes away from NYC).

4. Do I believe in destiny?
I still can't decide whether I belive in destiny or not, but sometimes, when I think about how me and my husband met and soon, got married, I belive there must have been some kind of destiny that my life had changed  so unexpectedly: One day, I decided to start learning English, so I  took English classes. Few months later, my now-husband was visiting my country and we met accidentally in a formal situation.  Even though my English was still at a very ridiculous level, we started talking  about the subjects that I was interested in, as a reporter that time, and soon, after he came back to USA, he realised that he missed me.. We continued talking for hours on the phone and on Skype, every single day. That was an excellent practice for my English, haha. 3 months later he proposed me, and few months later he came to Tbilisi so we could get married. 1 year later, I moved to New York  to start a real family with him. So, yes, it was kinda fairytale,  haha.

5.  My hobbies
My number one hobby has always been reading. I just couldn't be without books, especially that we didn't have internet when I was growing up, so at the age of 12, I had read almost all the books from my  family's huge library. Unfortunatly, I don't read that often anymore.
I always loved playing piano or guitar and sing, especially if I was feeling down, that was helping me feel better. Skiing and racing are my another hobbies as well.

That's all for today.

Thanks for reading beauties, wishing you all a lovely day.
