The secrets of my 30 pound weightloss journey

Happy Monday everyone.
It's been almost a month since my last post on Nina's Style Blog and it felt like a century for me.  The reason I had to take a breack was that I decided to fully focused on myself, on my weight loss and healthy lifestyle.
