Deborah Lippmann The Stripper Nail Lacquer remover review

Hi everyone,
Today I need to share with you my experience about this Deborah Lippmann nail lacquer remover:
DeborahLippmannNaillacquerremoverReview
Deborah Lippmann The Stripper Nail Lacquer remover
I actually wanted to get my favorite Dior nail polish remover, which I have used for months, but a sale representative advised me to get this Deborah Lippmann The Stripper nail lacquer remover instead, she persuaded me as if I would love it. So I decided to give it a try, And, well, sometimes you just have to go directly to your favorite beauty brand counter in any department store, and get the stuff, you know you like.

This Deborah Lippmann nail lacquer remover doesn't dry out or crack my nails, like pure acetone does, which is great, but my biggest problem about this nail lacquer remover is a packaging: The top of the bottle is a pump that, in theory, has to dispense just enough liquid so that the cotton ball will not get soaked too much. But in practice, OMG this is the worst and poorest packaging I've ever seen: every time I try to use this Deborah Lippmann nail lacquer remover,  either the pump top dispenses so much liquid that it's all over my fingers, or can't dispense any liquid at all (?), even flipping the lid closed, caused it to squirt and drip.
Anyway, it was waste of my $19, I'm certainly not going to buy it again.
Have you tried this Deborah Lippmann nail lacquer remover? Have you had the same issue? Let me know in the comments below. and have a wonderful day.

  1. Too bad this product didn't work out, it sucks when you take a risk and it doesn't pay off. Hopefully next time you take a risk on a product it'll be much better! Thanks for sharing!

  10. Ugh! Never tried the remover before but will definitely skip it. I do like the nail polishes though, they are so pretty.

  11. Thank you for the honest review! Sure there are drugstore options that works just as well. I love their nail polishes, but they tend to go bad? or just separate after a while...

  24. That sounds so expensive for what it is! I just use pure acetone and I've never had an issue with it!

  25. Loving your honest assessment! $19 is indeed too much to pay for a product that doesn't live up to expectations. Great review. T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com
